CHILDCARE

Childcare is offered during our Sunday morning services for ages 3 and under.
 

Childcare at  is offered as a service to members and visitors of the church. It is provided to care for children in a safe and nurturing Christian environment so that parents may participate in church events with peace of mind. No registration necessary.


Please note: ALL parents must remain on the church campus while their child is in childcare.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Kids Ministry at First Pres partners with families to walk with children on their faith journey through 5th grade. We welcome them into a safe, loving environment where their faith is nurtured through songs, stories, play, active learning experiences and games. Our goal is to set God at work in their lives as we invite all generations into a growing life with Jesus Christ.

SUNDAY SCHOOL/KIDS CHURCH

SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY at 9:00 a.m.

KIDS CHURCH: Children 4 years old-5th grade will attend the service with their families and then go downstairs to Kids Church before the sermon begins. Children will return to the service during the final hymn. Children 3 years old and younger are invited to attend childcare in LL103.
 

SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY at 10:30 a.m.
SUNDAY SCHOOL: Children will sing songs, learn  lessons from the Bible and play fun review games as a large group before breaking up into age appropriate small groups to continue experincing the Bible story through games, discussion and crafts. By offering many different learning styles and perspectives we hope to engage and inspire our students to dig deeper into these Bible stories and their faith!

 

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH AUGUST at 10:30 a.m.
KIDS CHURCH: Children entering grades K-5 will attend the service with their families and then go downstairs to Kids Church before the sermon begins. Parents can pick their kids up in LL105 after the service. Preschool children and younger are invited to attend childcare in LL103.

"ROOTED KIDS"
Midweek Programming

Wednesdays at 3:45 - 5:30 p.m.
September 30 – November 18

Rooted Kids: *Registration required* Join us on Wednesdays for our after-school midweek program! Children Kindergarten -5th grade will rotate through four hands-on activity stations featuring Bible exploration, games, creative activities and small-group conversations.
